i was unable to run or dance continuously, and was identified as flat foot problm. using the arched floaters from April-09, throughout the day. it helped me a lot. now i have a kind of pull on my left knee. (my father's knee started bending from past 15yrs and he is paralysed for the past 3yrs. )now i am scared of the path my father had taken. i was taking some ayurvedic medicine 3yrs back for the rheumatoid arthritis. please help me guiding on what to do now.

If you have not had swelling in any of the joints, then it is highly unlikely that you have rheumatoid arthritis.
One can have a flat foot without having rheumatoid arthritis. Please see a Rheumatologist for a definite diagnosis & further treatment.
