I am 35 yrs suffering from AS for the last 10 yrs. Tried zolendronate with no results. Am managing currently with diclofenac. however the pain in the back and neck (forward posture) is really getting bad.

Has any one tried infiximab? If so,
1. what was the result
2. How many times were you given the shot
3. What is the cost here in India
4. Any side effects?

Kindly provide me with your suggestions / advice as I am planning to go for this.

I am also suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since Sept. 2008.
I have visited many doctors (alopath, homeopath, ayurveda) who said Ankylosing Spondilities is not cureable.
I am taking Tab. sazo - 1000mg twice a day.
